The application
ShortFactory is private, self-hosted software used by its owner to prepare short videos and publish them to their own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.
YouTube Terms of Service
ShortFactory uses YouTube API Services. Anyone using the application agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Responsibility for content
The owner is responsible for the videos published through the application and for making sure they comply with YouTube's policies, including its Community Guidelines and its rules on copyright.
Privacy
How the application handles data is described in the Privacy Policy, which also links to the Google Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The application is provided as is, for its owner's personal use, without warranty of any kind.
